Recruiting volunteers for Haru Matsuri (Spring Festival) 2020 !

Event Date & Time: Saturday February 29 & Sunday, March 1, 2020 12 pm - 5 pm
Deadline for registration: Thursday, February 13, 2020

All positions are open to Grade 9 and older.
New volunteers must submit a volunteer profile before filling out this form.
For those who need volunteer service hours, please bring the form provided by your school on the day of the event.

イベント日時：2020年2月29日(土)＆3月1日(日) 午後12時~午後5時まで
ボランティアお申込み締切日:　２０２０年２月１３日(木)

ボランティアはGrade９以上に限ります。
新規ボランティアの方は、このフォームを提出する前に必ず『ボランティア・プロファイル』をご提出下さい。
高校生でボランティアサービスアワーの証明が必要な方は、当日ボランティアをする際に、忘れずにフォームをご持参ください。
