Volunteer Opportunity at Haru Matsuri - Spring Festival

Haru Matusri - Spring Festival Volunteer Opportunity
Event Date & Time: Saturday, March 4 & Sunday, March 5, 2017 12am-5pm

Volunteer Hours
Saturday, March 4 11am-5:30pm
Sunday, March 5 11:30am-6pm
(Preparation and clean up time included. Please see website/form for various areas with different volunteer hours.)

Volunteer Sign-up Deadline: Thursday, February 16, 2017
Please note that if you miss the deadline, you will not be able to volunteer. There are limited number of positions available. If you are interested, please sign-up now from our website.

All positions are open to Grade 9 and older. (A parent or a guardian must accompany grade 9 student volunteers throughout the whole volunteer period. A parent or guardian must contact a volunteer coordinator to confirm their application before the Volunteer Registration Deadline. If it is not confirmed, he/she cannot volunteer this time.)
For those who need volunteer service hours, please bring the form provided by your school on the day of the event.

春祭りボランティア募集！
イベント日時：2017年3月4日(土) & 3月5日(日) 午前12時から午後5時まで

ボランティア時間：（準備と片づけ含みます。各エリアの時間はWebsiteをご参照ください）
3月4日(土)：午前11時から午後5時半まで
3月5日(日)：午前11時半から午後6時まで

ボランティア募集定員は限られていますのでお早めにお申し込みください。
また、締切後のお申込みは受付けておりませんので、ご了承ください。

ボランティアはGrade９以上に限ります。(但し、Grade 9の生徒さんは必ず保護者同伴でご参加頂き、同じエリアでお仕事をして頂きます。保護者の方はボランティアお申し込み締切日前までにボランティアコーディネーターと連絡を取り、お申込み手続きのご確認をお願いします。確認が取れていない場合はボランティアできません。)
高校生でボランティアサービスアワーの証明が必要な方は、当日ボランティアをする際に、忘れずにフォームをご持参ください。
