Haru Matusri  - Spring Festival  Volunteer Opportunity

•  All positions are open to Grade 9 and older. . (A parent or guardian must accompany grade 9 student volunteers throughout the whole volunteer period. A parent or guardian must contact a volunteer coordinator to confirm of their application before the Volunteer Registration Deadline.) 
  
  
• Please submit a Volunteer Profile prior to your first volunteering day if you are new to the JCCC or if you last submitted it before December 2014. (The on-line form is available athttp://www.jccc.on.ca/en/volunteer/.)
  
  
• For those who need volunteer service hours, please bring the form provided by your school on the day of the event. 
  
  

• ボランティアはGrade９以上に限ります。(Grade 9 の生徒さんは必ず保護者同伴でご参加下さい。同じエリアでお仕事をして頂きます。保護者の方はボランティアお申し込み締切日前までに、ボランティアコーディネーターと連絡を取り、お申込み手続きのご確認をお願いします。)
  
  
• JCCCでのボランティアが初めての方、又は２０１４年１２月以前にボランティアプロファイルをご提出した方は、ボランティアプロファイルを必ず事前にご提出下さい。（JCCCウェブサイト　http://www.jccc.on.ca/en/volunteer/ 　のオンラインフォームをご利用下さい。）
  
  
• 高校生でボランティアサービスアワーの証明が必要な方は、当日ボランティアをする際に、忘れずにフォームをご持参ください。
