Volunteer Opportunity At Natsu Matsuri & Obon - Summer Festival 2017

Natsu Matsuri and Obon Festival Volunteer Opportunity
Event Date & Time:  Sat. July 8, 2017  3:30pm-9:30pm

Requirements:
All positions are open to Grade 9 and older. (A parent or guardian must accompany grade 9 student volunteers throughout the whole volunteer period. A parent or guardian must contact a volunteer coordinator to confirm of their application before the Volunteer Registration Deadline.)  
For those who need volunteer service hours, please bring the form provided by your school on the day of the event.

Volunteer Schedule and Assignments:

Friday, July 7, 2017 
Decorating venue (4pm-7pm)
Set-up *physically demanding (any hours between 10am-6pm)
Saturday, July 8, 2017 
Bartender (Smart Serve certified): 2:30pm-6:30pm
Bartender (Smart Serve certified): 6pm-11pm
Beer Garden Assistance: (19 years old and over): 2:30pm-11pm
Clean-up crew: (9pm-11pm)
Food Serving Assistance (Experienced preferred): 2pm-7pm
Food Serving Assistance (Experienced preferred): 6pm-11pm
Games: 2:30pm-8pm
Kitchen Helper: 1pm-6pm, 4pm-10pm
Parking Control: 12pm-3pm
Parking Control: 2:30pm-5:30pm
Parking Control: 5-8pm
People who carry the Mikoshi (Male):  3:30pm-7pm
Photographer (Experienced needed): 3pm-9:30pm
Set-up (physically demanding): 10am-2pm
Snack booth (2:30pm-9:30pm)
Tanabata craft booth: 2:30pm-8pm

夏祭りボランティア募集！
イベント日時：2017年7月8日(土)　午後3時半から午後9時半まで

必須条件
ボランティアはGrade９以上に限ります。(但し、Grade9の生徒さんは必ず保護者同伴でご参加頂き、同じエリアでお仕事をして頂きます。保護者の方はボランティアお申し込み締切日前までに、ボランティアコーディネーターと連絡を取り、お申込み手続きのご確認をお願いします。)
高校生でボランティアサービスアワーの証明が必要な方は、当日ボランティアをする際に、忘れずにフォームをご持参ください。
ボランティア日程：

7月7日(金)
会場飾りつけ (午後4時～午後7時)
会場設営‐機材設置などの力仕事。(朝10時から午後6時までの間で、可能な時間帯)
7月8日(土)
会場設営‐機材設置などの力仕事:　午前10時～午後2時
ゲームエリア：　午後2時半～午後8時
フードサービング(経験者優遇)： 午後2時～7時、午後6時～午後11時
キッチンヘルパー：午後1時～6時、午後4時～10時
パーキングコントロール：午後12時～午後3時、午後2時半～午後5時半、午後5時～午後8時
七夕クラフトと短冊ブース：午後2時半～午後8時
ビアガーデンアシスタント（19歳以上に限る。）:　午後2時半～午後11時
バーテンダー（スマートサーブ取得者）:　午後2時半～午後6時半、午後6時～午後11時
スナック・ブース：午後2時半～午後9時半
フォトグラファー（経験者優遇）：午後3時～午後9時半
清掃係：午後9時～午後11時
お神輿担ぎ手（男性のみ）：午後3時半～午後7時
