Natsu Matsuri-Tanabata Festival Volunteer Opportunity

Event Date & Time:
Sat. July 9, 2016 3:30pm-9:30pm

Requirements:

All positions are open to Grade 9 and older. (A parent or a guardian must accompany grade 9 student volunteers throughout the whole volunteer period. A parent or guardian must contact a volunteer coordinator to confirm of their application before the Volunteer Registration Deadline.)
You must submit a Volunteer Profile prior to your first volunteering day if you are new to the JCCC or if you last submitted it before December 2014. (The on-line form is available at http://www.jccc.on.ca/en/volunteer/.)

Volunteer Time

Fri. July 8: 4pm-7pm

Putting decorations up (5-6 people)

Sat. July 9:
Assignments&Time:

Beer Garden Assistance (19 years old and over): 2:30pm-11pm
Bartender (smart serve certified): 2:30pm-11pm
Clean Up Crew: 9:30pm-11pm
Face Painting (Experienced needed): 2:30pm-8pm
Food Serving Assistance (Experienced preferred): 1pm-6pm, 4pm-10pm
Kitchen Helper: 1pm-6pm, 4pm-10pm
Parking Control: 1pm-5pm, 4pm-9pm
Photographer (Experienced needed): 3pm-9:30pm
Set-up (physically demanding): 10am-1pm
Tanabata craft booth: 2:30pm-8pm

夏祭りボランティア募集！

イベント日時：2016年7月9日（土）　午後3時半から午後9時半まで

必須条件

ボランティアはGrade 9以上に限ります。(Grade 9の生徒は必ず保護者の方とご一緒にサインアップし、同じエリアで仕事をして頂きます。）
JCCCでのボランティアが初めての方、又はボランティアプロファイルを2014年12月以前にご提出した方は、ボランティア登録用紙を必ず事前にご提出下さい。（JCCCウェブサイトhttp://www.jccc.on.ca/en/volunteer/ のオンラインフォームをご利用下さい。）

ボランティア日程：

7月8日(金)：午後4時から午後7時まで

七夕の飾りつけと準備　(5－6人)

7月9日(土)
仕事内容と時間帯

機材セットアップ:　午前10時～午後1時
フードサービング(経験者優遇)：午後1時～6時、午後4時～午後10時
キッチンヘルパー：午後1時～6時、午後4時～10時
パーキングコントロール：午後1時から5時まで、午後4時から９時
七夕クラフトと短冊ブース：午後2時半～午後8時
ビアガーデンアシスタント（19歳以上に限る。）:　午後2時半～午後11時
バーテンダー（スマートサーブ取得者）:　午後2時半～午後11時
フェイスペインティング(経験者優遇)：午後2時半～午後8時
フォトグラファー（経験者優遇）：午後3時～午後9時半
清掃係：午後9時半から午後11時
