Volunteering Opportunity for Oshogatsu Kai 2018

Dear JCCC Volunteers,　(日本語は英語の後に続きます。)

I hope you are having a cozy and happy holiday time with you friends and family.

We are looking for volunteers for our annual Oshogatsu Kai - New Year Festival 2018.
Event Date & Time: Sunday, January 28, 2018 11am-3pm

Volunteer Hours: 10am-5pm
(Preparation and clean up time included. Please see below for various areas with different volunteer hours.)
Volunteer Registration Deadline: MONDAY JANUARY 15, 2018

All positions are open to Grade 9* and older.
*A parent or a guardian must accompany grade 9 student volunteers throughout the whole volunteer period. A parent or guardian must contact a volunteer coordinator to confirm of their application before the Volunteer Registration Deadline. If it is not confirmed, he/she cannot volunteer at this time.
• For those who need volunteer service hours, please bring the form provided by your school on the day of the event.

お正月会のボランティアを募集中です !

イベント日時: 2018年1月28日(日)　午前11時から午後3時まで
ボランティア参加申込締切日: 2018年1月15日(月)
締切後のお申込みは受付けておりませんので、ご了承ください。

ボランティア時間
1月28日(日) 午前10時から午後5時まで (準備・清掃時間が含まれます。担当場所により時間が違う場合もあります）

• 　ボランティアはGrade９以上に限ります。(但し、Grade 9 の生徒さんは必ず保護者同伴でご参加頂き、同じエリアでお仕事をして頂きます。保護者の方はボランティアお申し込み締切日前までに、ボランティアコーディネーターと連絡を取り、お申込み手続きのご確認をお願いします。確認が取れていない場合はボランティアできませんのでご了承ください。)
• 　高校生でボランティアサービスアワーの証明が必要な方は、当日ボランティアをする際に、忘れずにフォームをご持参ください。

***お申込み完了後は完了確認のポップアップが出てきます。出ない場合は完了していない可能性がありますので、再度お申し込みお願いします。
