Here are the shifts with a brief description of some of the tasks involved. Ideally you would be able to help out for at least 3 hours and we need the most help during the evening event. If you can let me know before May 24 which shift you are interested in that would be excellent.

6th Annual Kampai Toronto Festival of Sake
120 Sake brands; 10+ local Japanese restaurants
Thursday June 1, 2017

Fermenting Room, Distillery District - 28 Distillery Lane

Organized by the NPO Sake Institute of Ontario

Event Schedule
9:30am - 12:30pm SET-UP
Set-up tables, chairs, signs, vendor booths

1:00pm - 2:00pm Trade & Media SEMINAR
Registration desk, programs, pass around Sake Tasting

2:00pm - 3:00pm Trade & Media Walk around Sake Tasting
Registration desk, programs, small food area set up, clearing tables

5:30pm - 6:30pm VIP EVENT
Ticketing, programs, registration desk, large food area set up, clearing tables, ice and water stations
6:30pm - 9:30pm MAIN EVENT
Ticketing, programs, registration desk, large food area set up, clearing tables, ice and water stations

9:30pm - 12:00am - Teardown (may wrap up earlier)

Please arrive 1 hour before shift to get oriented and help with last minute tasks. 9:30am start for set up crew. Volunteers won't need to serve alcohol.
Dark pants - dress for heat - it gets hot, comfortable shoes.

BENEFITS
