Bazaar 2017 Volunteer Needed!!

Dear JCCC Volunteers,　(日本語は英語の後に続きます。)

Bazaar Volunteering Opportunities!
From now to the day of the event, a lot of work is needed to ensure that our annual Bazaar is a success! We have many opportunities for volunteers. NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY!

• All positions are open to Grade 9 or older. (A parent or a guardian must accompany grade 9 student volunteers throughout the whole volunteer period. A parent or guardian must register together and contact a volunteer coordinator to confirm of their application before the Volunteer Registration Deadline.)
• Please submit a Volunteer Profile prior to your first volunteering day if you are new to the JCCC.(The online form is available at http://www.jccc.on.ca/en/volunteer/.)
• For those who need volunteer service hours, please bring the form provided by your school on the day of the event.

Preparation Day on Friday May 5, 2017
• Setting up booths and the areas, and sorting donated items: (Anytime between 9:30am to around 7pm) • Making Inarizushi and some light food: (12:30pm to 5pm)

Bazaar Day on Saturday May 6, 2017
• Sushi Bee - rolling the sushi in the morning before the doors open (7:00am-12noon) Experienced people welcome!
• Clean-up crew (4-7pm)
• Crowd control at the door (10am-4pm)
• Eco bag sale crew (11:30am-4pm)
• Food Booth (10am-5pm)
• Kitchen help (9am-5pm)
• Parking attendant (10:30am-3pm)
• Waiter & waitress (11:00am-4pm)

JCCCバザーボランティア大募集！
高校生の皆さん（Grade9以上）でボランティアアワーが必要な方 大歓迎！経験不要！

• ボランティアはGrade9以上に限ります。(但し、Grade9の生徒さんは必ず保護者同伴でご参加頂き、同じエリアで一緒にお仕事をして頂きます。保護者の方はボランティアお申し込み締切日前までに、ボランティアコーディネーターと連絡を取り、お申込み手続きのご確認をお願いします。)
• JCCCでのボランティアが初めての方は、ボランティア プロファイルを必ず事前にご提出下さい。（JCCCウェブサイト のオンラインフォーム をご利用下さい。）
• 高校生でボランティアサービスアワーの証明が必要な方は、当日ボランティアをする際に、忘れずにフォームをご持参ください。

バザー前日の準備‐2017年5月5日(金)
• 会場準備や寄付された物品の移動と分類　 (9:30am-7pmの間で可能な時間帯)
• いなり寿司作りと軽食の下ごしらえなど　(12:30pm-5pm)

バザー当日-2017年5月6日(土)
• のり巻作り - Sushi Bee (開場前の7am- 12noonくらいまで) 経験者大歓迎！
• パーキング誘導　(10:30am-3pm)
• 入口付近の整備　(10am-4pm)
• エコバッグ販売　(11:00am-4pm)
• フードブースでの販売　(10am-5pm)）
• キッチンヘルプ (9am-5pm)
• ウェイター／ウェイトレス (11:00am-4pm)
• 片付け　(4pm－7pm)
