A wild gang of fiery FLAMENCOS, Brazilian Forró beauties (MARIA BONITA & THE BAND), Balkan/gypsy beatsters (LEMON BUCKET ORCHESTRA), Mexican Son Jarocho masters (CAFE CON PAN) and the ultimate fusers of all styles (SANTERIAS) come forward in unity for Japan this Wednesday April 13 at Lula Lounge in Toronto.
Be sure not to miss what will surely be an incredible show, for an incredibly important cause.
The massive earthquake and s...ubsequent tsunami that struck Japan on March 11 have left thousands dead and many more stranded and homeless.
DOOR: 10$ minimum donation.
All money will be donated to Japan Red Cross through the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre in Toronto.

Café Con Pan play son jarocho music from Veracruz with an emphasis on the country roots of the tradition.
MARIA BONITA & THE BAND
Forró is a kind of Northeastern Brazilian dance that developed from European and African styles of folk music. Forro is the most popular and tradicional genre in Brazil's Northeast.
LEMON BUCKET ORCHESTRA
