Air Canada has revised its ticketing policy for customers booked on affected flights to facilitate changes to bookings. Those customers wishing to make alternate travel arrangements can do so without penalty, space permitting
<Policy>
1.Ticket was issued no later than 11March, 2011
2.Original travel dates On/before 10 April, 2011
3.New travel must be complete On/before 25 April, 2011
4.Change Penalty Waived
5.Air Canada operation and Codeshare flight only
6.Refund
If flights are not cancelled: as per fare rule
If flights are cancelled:refund is permitted per Irregular Operations - General Policy & Procedures.

エア・カナダは東北関東大震災の影響により、ご旅程を変更またはキャンセルせざるを得ないお客様に対し、以下の内容で、無料で航空券のご変更を承っております。

<規則>

1.2011年3月11日以降に発券（=ご購入）された航空券が対象です。
2.2011年4月10日までにご出発されるお客様。
3.新たなスケジュールは2011年4月25日までにご旅行を完結しなければなりません。
4.変更ペナルティは免除になります。
5.エア・カナダの自社運行便、及びコードシェア便に限られます。スターアライアンスの航空会社は対象外です。
6.払戻し
該当の便がキャンセルになっていない場合は、通常の払戻し規則が適用されます。
該当の便がキャンセルになった場合、非常時運航の規則が適用されます。

●成田空港　公共交通機関の運行状況について
北米からの航空各社の運航は比較的安定してきていますが、成田空港に到着してからの鉄道、バスなどの公共交通機関が計画停電により、ダイヤが乱れています。成田空港のHPにてアップデートな公共交通機関の情報が得られますので、ご参照下さい。
