We have to date 160 people attending the reception.

Please arrive early!

5:00 PM. - Registration
5:30 PM. - Kobayashi Hall will open
5:45 PM. - Light Refreshments (Buffet)
6:00 PM. - Representatives will meet in Hosaki Room
6:10 PM. - Consul General will arrive & be escorted to Hosaki Room
6:15 PM. - Begin to seat everyone in Kobayashi Hall
6:40 PM. - Escort the Stage Guests to Kobayashi Hall
6:45 PM. - Formal Program will begin
7:15 PM. - Consul General will meet everyone personally
8:00 PM. - Closing
