JCCC EMERGENCY APPEAL
In the face of the COVID-19 outbreak, the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre (JCCC) is facing unprecedented operating challenges and we need your help.
The JCCC Emergency Appeal is our request for your financial support to weather this unprecedented crisis.
As you know, the JCCC is a not-for-profit charitable organization and operates on a break-even budget. We closed the JCCC on March 16th cancelling all progammes, classes and events planned to the end of June. These include the popular Annual Bazaar, the Sakura Gala and the Toronto Japanese Film Festival. We have also cancelled all facility rentals.
During this closure the JCCC has no new revenue but still has operational and staff costs to maintain the building.
Please consider supporting the JCCC Emergency Appeal. We know these are tough times for everyone so we welcome any donation. Considering a monthly online donation? Via the JCCC website donation button you can even commit to preauthorized monthly credit card contributions. No matter what amount you can assist with, your commitment to helping the JCCC continue to be a vibrant leader of culture and diversity in the community is very much appreciated.

Please select “Emergency Relief” from the drop down menu under FUND.
On-line donations to the JCCC are administered by CanadaHelps. Once your donation has been made, your instant electronic Income Tax receipt will be issued by CanadaHelps on behalf of the JCCC..
Thank you for your kind consideration and generous support during this extraordinary time of need.
