We are looking for volunteers for our annual Natsu Matsuri & Obon - Summer Festival 2018.

Event Date & Time: Sat. July 14, 2018 3:30pm-9:00pm
Deadline for registration: Tuesday, June 26, 2018

All positions are open to Grade 9 and older.
New volunteers must submit a volunteer profile before filling out this form.
For those who need volunteer service hours, please bring the form provided by your school on the day of the event.

ボランティアお申込み締切日: ２０１８年６月２６日(火)

ボランティアはGrade９以上に限ります。
新規ボランティアの方は、このフォームを提出する前に必ず『ボランティア・プロファイル』をご提出下さい。
高校生でボランティアサービスアワーの証明が必要な方は、当日ボランティアをする際に、忘れずにフォームをご持参ください。
