A panel of leading scholars and entrepreneurs will discuss disaster response and multilateral cooperation, as well as socio-political and business lessons and issues in disaster management and recovery, in light of the Tohoku Disaster. Having participated in the Japan Futures Initiative Spring Symposium hosted by the University of Waterloo earlier on this day, they will report on what issues were raised, lessons were learned, and deliberations exchanged at the symposium.
