Movie night at the Church / トロント日系福音教会映画鑑賞会

Hi everybody,

I would like to introduce a movie night at the Church. It will be shown from 7:00pm on July 16(Sat). I will last 125minutes.

This is a Japanese movie with English translation on the screen.

The title of the movie is “Before the dawn”, its subtitle is “The Story of Toyohiko Kagawa” He is very famous Japanese Christian who lived in a ghetto in Japan and involved with labour movement. He was born in 1888 and died 1960. If you are interested in Japanese Christian in early 20th century, please join us. It is free.

「死線を越えて」副題、「賀川豊彦物語」の映画鑑賞会を7月１6日（土）の7時より、トロント日系福音教会でもちます。この映画は、山田 典吾監督で、国広富之、黒木瞳、松原千明、長門裕之などの俳優が出ています。題からもお分かりのように、日本の有名クリスチャンで、活動家であった賀川豊彦の人生を扱っている映画です。オタワに在住されている古谷姉妹のご好意により、DVDをお借りしての映画会ということになります。この映画は、日本語ですが、英語のサブタイトルが出ます。ですから、英語の人たちにも楽しんでいただけます。勿論、入場無料です。お誘い合わせの上、どうぞ、ご来場下さい。
