High Parkの桜開花予最終版です。
長期予報の予想温度より高い気温が続いた為、 予想#2より開花・満開予想が早くなりました。

現在の数値は開花4月18日+/-2日、満開4月27日 +/-2日 となっています。
開花宣言は下記のトロント日系社会電子掲示板にも掲載して行きます (注)。

注) 市はCOVID-19一般感染を防ぐため昨年に続き桜開花・満開時期にHigh Parkを閉鎖する可能性があります。
その場合開花の確認を自分の目でする事が出来ませんが何らかの別の方法で確認または推定したいと思っています。

[] Nobby's Fearless Prediction Final of Cherry Blossoms at High Park

This is the Prediction Final of the blooming of the cherry trees in the High Park.

The recent daily temperatures were higher than the predicted temperatures in the long-term forecast.
Thus, the prediction dates were much closer than the Prediction #2.

Based on the calculated figures at this point, the blooming is to begin on April 18 +/- 2 days with the full bloom on April 27 +/- 2 days.

Note: As was in the last year, the city may again impose the closure of High Park during the cherry blossom season this year due to the COVID-19 situation.  If so, I will have no means to confirm the start of the blooming by myself.  I am hoping to be able to confirm it or detect it in some ways.

* The blooming of the cherry blossoms at High Park is normally a few days later than the cherry blossoms in the inner-city such as at the University of Toronto.



* The definition of the blooming is that at least 5 to 6 flowers on at least two trees each among the three pre-chosen trees bloom.
* Full bloom means the condition where 90% of the flowers are in full bloom.

Note: I am not an expert on the blooming nor the cherry blossoms. I am calculating the figures with very basic pieces of information. I do not take any responsibilities if the prediction was off.
