Makisushi roll workshop for Bazaar
JCCCバザーの寿司ビーに参加しませんか？
その準備として太巻きの巻き方を習おう！

JCCC Volunteers who are interested in learning how to roll maki sushi and would be willing to be part of the Bazaar's Sushi Bee on the morning of Saturday, May 2, 2020 are invited to attend a workshop on Sunday March 22, 2020 from 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

The cost of the workshop is $25 (tax included) which covers ingredient costs. Participants will be able to take home five of their sushi rolls and should bring their own aprons and head coverings.

Registration is limited to 20 people and is only open to JCCC volunteers. Some knowledge and maki sushi rolling experience preferred. Please note that priority registration will be given to those who did not attend this workshop last year. Should any spots still be open after taking priority registrations we will register others on a first come first served basis.

Please register at the reception desk by calling or in person. The deadline for the registration will be on Mon. March 16.
