●台風19号の運航への影響について

大型で猛烈な台風19号は、今後非常に強い勢力で日本に接近することが予想されております。
10月11日～13日にかけて以下の空港を発着する便に運航への影響が懸念されます。

＜10月11-12日＞
大阪関西

＜10月12-13日＞
東京成田、東京羽田、名古屋中部

公共交通機関にも影響がでる可能性がございます。

●外国要人の多数来日に伴う交通規制(即位の礼期間中の交通規制)

2019年10月19日(土)～26日(土)の期間、多くの外国要人が来離日することに伴い、特に10月22日(火)及び23日(水)の前後期間においては、東京都内の高速道路や一般道を中心に交通規制が実施される見込みです。当該期間中に羽田空港または成田空港からご出発のお客様は、できる限り交通規制の影響を受けにくい鉄道をご利用の上、時間に余裕をもっ て空港へ移動して頂けます様、お願い致します。
羽田空港、成田空港では空港保安対策の強化が予想され、両空港を含む全国の空港において9月13日（金）から実施されている保安検査場における検査強化が継続実施されます。当該期間中において、羽田空港および成田空港発着路線を中心として定期便の遅延等が発生する可能性がありますので、お時間に余裕をもって行動されますよう重ねてお願い致します。

Violent Typhoon Hagibis is expected to approach Japan with an extremely violent winds and heavy rain.
Depending on the course of Typhoon Hagibis, flights to/from the following airports may be affected during October 11 to 13.

October 11 to 12
Osaka Kansai
October 12 to 13
Tokyo Narita, Tokyo Haneda, Nagoya Chubu

Please be advised to follow updated traffic condition and public transportation operation news.

● Traffic Restrictions during World Leaders Visit to Japan between October 19-26 for National Historical Event

Foreign state officials plan to visit Japan between October 19-26, 2019. During this period, security will be enhanced and traffic restrictions are expected within the metropolitan areas. A high volume of traffic is expected on October 22 and 23, as foreign state officials will be visiting the area.
From September 13, airport security has been enhanced at Haneda, Narita, and other domestic airports in Japan, where the check-in process may take longer than normal. Visitors planning on traveling through these airports are strongly recommended to utilize public transportation and to allow ample time in order to avoid delays due to traffic congestion. Flights departing from and arriving to domestic airports may be delayed or canceled due to the operations of government aircraft from each country. There is a high possibility that flight connections at Haneda and Narita will take 1 to 2 hours longer than usual on the 2 days, October 21 and 24, when the world leaders arrive into Japan.
