Volunteer for Toronto Japanese Film Festival 2018

Dear JCCC Volunteers,　(日本語は英語の後に続きます。)

We are looking for volunteers for Toronto Japanese Film Festival 2018.

Event Date: June 7 - June 22, June 25 - June 28, 2018
Volunteer Registration Period: May 1 - May 17, 2018
*All volunteer opportunities will close once positions are filled.

Requirements:
•    All positions are open to individuals who are 19 years of age or older.
•    You must be able to help for a minimum of 7 shifts during TJFF.
•    You are required to attend a volunteer orientation if you are a first time volunteer at TJFF.
•    New volunteer is required to submit Volunteer Profile

Volunteer Orientation: Wednesday, May 30, 2018  7:00pm - 9:00pm
All volunteers for TJFF are required to attend.   Your final shifts and assignments will be confirmed at this orientation. If you are not able to attend, please contact a volunteer coordinator (Yuki)  before the volunteer registration period ends.  TJFF reserves the right to respectfully decline any volunteers who are absent from the Volunteer Orientation without prior notification to JCCC.

トロント日本映画祭のボランティア募集中！

イベント日程：2018年6月7日～6月22日、6月25日～6月28日
ボランティア申込み期間：2018年5月1日～5月17日
全てのポジションが埋まり次第締め切らせて頂きます。

必須条件：
• 　19歳以上。
• 　最低7シフト以上お手伝いができる方。
•    TJFFのボランティアが初めての方は、必ずボランティアオリエンテーションに出席して頂きます。

ボランティアオリエンテーション：5月30日(水)　午後7時から9時まで
TJFFのボランティアをされる方は必ずご出席下さい。最終決定されたシフトと仕事内容の確認をします。止むを得ない理由で出席できない方は予めボランティアコーディネーターと連絡をお取りください。欠席の連絡がボランティア申込期間内にない場合はボランティアをお断りすることもございますのでご了承下さい。

新規ボランティアの方はTJFFボランティアのお申し込み時に必ず『ボランティア・プロファイル』をご提出下さい。
