Volunteering at Toronto Japanese Film Festival 2016

Toronto Japanese Film Festival  2016  Volunteer Opportunity
Event Date: June 9 - June 23, 2016
Volunteer Sign-up Deadline: Monday, May 24, 2016
Please note that you will not be able to volunteer if you miss the deadline.

Requirements:
All positions are open to 19 years of age or older.
You must be able to help minimum of 7 shifts during TJFF. (If you have volunteered at TJFF for more than 2 years, minimum is 4 shifts.)
You are required attend a volunteer orientation if you are a first time volunteer at JCCC.
Volunteer Orientation: Thursday, June 2, 2016 7:00pm-9:00pm
Volunteers for TJFF are required to attend. Your final shifts and assignments will be confirmed.
If you are not able to attend, please inform us in advance. TJFF reserves the right to respectfully decline any offers of volunteers who have not contacted us for absence prior to sign-up deadline.

トロント日本映画祭ボランティア募集！

ボランティア参加申込締切日:2016年5月24日(月)
締切後のお申込みは受付けておりませんので、ご了承ください。

必須条件:
ボランティアは19歳以上に限ります。
最低7シフト以上お手伝いができる方。（過去2年以上TJFFのボランティアをした方は4シフト以上）
JCCCでのボランティアが初めての場合は、必ずボランティアオリエンテーションに出席できる方。
ボランティアオリエンテーション：6月2日(木)　午後7時-9時まで
TJFFのボランティアをされる方は必ずご出席下さい。最終決定されたシフトと仕事内容の確認をします。
どうしても出席できない方は予めお知らせ下さい。欠席の連絡がボランティア申込期間内にない場合はボランティアをお断りすることもございますのでご了承下さい。
