Thank you for coming to the NJCA Summer BBQ Party on Aug 30. We had the largest crowd in the history of the NJCA Summer BBQ Party. It was nice to see people in yukata. It was a wonderful BBQ Party. The Issei-Day is the Canadian version of the "Keirou no Hi" in Japan. We invite the Japanese Canadians who are over 70 years old and thank them for their contributions to the JC community. We will entertain them by great food, wine, songs and dances. This event has been held since 1963 without a break.
