Cultural Exchange and Fun at 一木会

日加協会(The Canada Japan Society、CJS)の一木会が8月6日に開催されます！
　
毎月第一木曜日に開催される一木会のご案内です。 1995年にスタートした一木会は第一週の木曜日に開催されることから一木会と呼ばれています。友達の輪を広げたり英語の練習を場所として、またはネットワーク作りなど一木会は参加者の皆様に様々は機会を提供しています。参加者の構成は日本人とカナダ人が約半分づつとなっており、日本に興味がある、または日本とのつながりを持ちたいとう参加者がほとんどです。

一木会の参加者には食べ物や飲み物の特別ディスカウントがあります。また、ドアプライズの商品も見逃せません！今週はスペシャルイベントとして地元トロントのギター＆ボーカルグループ、"Bonito Beat"によるライブをお届けいたします。一木会場所：まんぷく　MANPUKU105 McCaul Street Units 29-31 (Food Court内の南側、Grange building横のthe Village内)
日時：6:00 pm to 10:00 pm +　9月3日、木曜日
会費：CJS メンバー以外は $5
１グループ3名以上の場合は会費を割り引きいたします。

Come celebrate the summer at The Canada Japan Society’s Ichimokukai party on August 6th.!

Ichimoku-kai literally means the "first Thursday meeting" and since 1995 it has been the Canada Japan Society of Toronto's monthly social event, naturally on the first Thursday of every month.

It is a great place to make new friends, practice your English and/or Japanese, informally network, learn more about life in Canada and Japan, and most of all…have fun! Our attendees are usually around 50 percent Canadian and 50 percent Japanese, all with a common interest or connection with Japan.

At Ichimoku-kai you will receive special food and drink discounts and have the chance to win some exciting door prizes.

This month we feature another live performance from “Bonito Beat”, a great Japanese guitar/vocal duo from Toronto.
