Dear JCCC Volunteers, (日本語は英語の後に続きます。)

Urgent: Excel input volunteers are needed in July and August

The JCCC is looking for a couple of people who are familiar with excel input. The process is very simple but native level of Japanese writing and reading skills are required. We kindly request a commitment of at least one day per week as per the below.
If other dates and hours are more suitable for your schedule please discuss with us.

Tuesdays:        10am – 2pm
Thursdays:       10am – 2pm
Fridays:            10am – 2pm

JCCC Library volunteers are needed

The JCCC is looking for library volunteers who can help during book lending hours, which are:

Wednesdays:   12:45pm – 5:15pm
Saturdays:      12:45pm – 5:15pm

The person should have
·         The ability to read and write both Japanese and English
·         Basic computer knowledge
We are also looking for library volunteers for the following times. We kindly request a commitment of at least one shift per week for a minimum three months.
Native level in Japanese reading and writing is required.

Tuesdays:        10am – 2pm
Thursdays:       10am – 2pm
Fridays:            10am – 2pm

The above schedule is not for book lending hours. Weekly volunteer responsibilities include.
·         Staying in the library during the shift (except for washrooms, lunch, etc.)
·         Monitoring on activities in the library
·         General tidying of the library (putting books away etc.)
·         Labeling, taping, stamping, and other administrative tasks

For both volunteer positions regular and long-term commitments would be appreciated. This is a perfect volunteer opportunity for the bookworm in you!

業務は簡単作業ですが日本語の読み書きが必須です。
勤務時間は下記の時間帯で、週１回、若しくはそれ以上来られる方優遇。
もし、どうしてもご都合のつかない場合は、ご希望の時間帯をご相談下さい。

火曜日：午前10時ー午後2時
木曜日：午前10時ー午後2時
金曜日：午後10時ー午後2時

JCCCライブラリーボランティア募集

＊貸出日に貸出業務及びライブラリー一般事務をお任せできるボランティアさんを募集中。

貸出日：
水曜日：午後12時45分ー午後5時15分
土曜日：午後12時45分ー午後5時15分

必須要件：
日本語と英語の両方の読み書きができる
基本的なコンピューター知識がある

＊JCCCライブラリーの閲覧日にボランティアしてくださる方も募集しています。

下記記載の閲覧時間のうち、週１回（又はそれ以上）少なくとも3か月間来ていただける方で、日本語の読み書きも堪能な方を探しています。

閲覧日：
火曜日：午前10時ー午後2時
木曜日：午前10時ー午後2時
金曜日：午前10時ー午後2時

業務内容は、ライブラリー内に常駐し（ランチやトイレ休憩を除く）室内の様子に気を配っていただき、戻ってきた本などの整理、ラベル張りやスタンプ押しなどになります。

どれも定期的に来ることができ、長期で来ていただける方を希望しています。
