Road to Asia Volunteer Information

Dear JCCC Volunteers, (日本語は英語の後に続きます。)

Hope things are going well for you.

The Road to Asia will be held on Sat. November 2 and Sun. November 3 at the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre. Doors will open from 11am to 5pm.

The following are volunteer opportunities at the Road to Asia: Volunteer Hours: 10am-5:30pm

Areas :

• Kids Area (Assist kids activities)
• Gift Shop (selling JCCC gift shop items) - FULL
• Parking (parking traffic control)
• Admission (line-up control and counting number of attendance) - FULL

Please let me know your available hours and area(s) you are interested in. If you do not specify, I will assign you as needed. If you are volunteering for the first time at JCCC, you have to submit your volunteer profile. Please download a form from our website at www.jccc.on.ca and make sure to submit it soon.

JCCCボランティアの皆様へ：

皆様いかがお過ごしでしょうか？

JCCCでは今年も11月2日（土）と11月3日(日)に毎年恒例の『アジアへのいざない』祭りを開催いたします。そこで現在このイベントをお手伝いしていただけるボランティアを募集しています。開場は午前11時から午後5時までです。

ボランティアの時間帯：午前10時～午後５時半まで。(これ以外の時間帯ご希望の方はご相談下さい。)

お手伝いが必要となるのは以下のポジションです。

• キッズコーナー（子供用アクティビティのヘルプ）
• ギフトショップ（JCCCギフトショップ商品の販売）－定員に達したので受付締め切りました
• パーキング（駐車場での車の誘導）
• 受付（入場者のカウントと入口付近の整備）－定員に達したので受付締め切りました

ご自分の興味あるポジションと都合の良い曜日(両日共のヘルプ大歓迎！)、時間帯をお知らせ下さい。特にポジションの希望がない場合はこちらで決定させて頂きます。尚、JCCCでボランティアを初めてする方でボランティア登録用紙をご提出でない方は、JCCCウェブサイトwww.jccc.on.ca　からフォームをダウンロードし、早急ににご提出下さい。
