ご興味のある方は、JSSカウンセラーの三船まで(jss.toronto.contact@gail.com)、至急ご連絡ください。

Some important things to remember:
If you need immediate assistance, call 311 Toronto to be connected with the City's call centre.
Treat all downed power lines as "live" and do not approach. To report a downed power line please call Toronto Hydro at 416-542-8000 or our local 11 Division non-emergency number 416-808-1100 or the non-emergency number for Toronto Police Service 416-808-2222;
The City has opened a number of Warming Centres. The three centres located closest to Ward 13 are at Franklin Horner Community Centre at 432 Horner Ave (west of Kipling Ave); JJ Piccininni Community Centre (1369 St. Clair West, at Lansdowne); and 2 Civic Centre Court (near Etobicoke Civic Centre). Please feel free to go to one of these at any time. They have food, heat, showers and are connected to EMS and Social Services should anyone need emergency care. You can also charge your electronics to help you stay in touch with family and friends. If you or someone you know needs help getting to a warming centre, please call 311 for assistance!
Runnymede Library is open.
Whether you have power or not, please check in with your neighbours, particularly the elderly and those with mobility issues to ensure their safety. For those who live in multi-unit residences, landlords or property managers have emergency processes they have probably already put in place but which may include a list of residents who may need some help.
If your power remains out, consider turning off your water and flushing your pipes to keep them from freezing;
Food will generally keep from 24-48 hours in a fridge if the door remains closed;
For fallen trees or branches blocking roads please call or email 311;
I would like to remind you to only call 911 in the event of an emergency;
Residents who use home oxygen and have concerns can call 416-310-2222 for assistance.
